Carefully Packaged for Safe Delivery
Every original painting is professionally packaged with great care to help ensure it arrives safely.
While I take every reasonable precaution to protect your artwork, shipping is handled by third-party carriers. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and retain all original packaging so a shipping claim can be processed if necessary.
My goal is simple: for your artwork to arrive in the same beautiful condition it left my studio.
Choose Your Preferred Shipping Format
Large original paintings are available in two formats:
Stretched Canvas – Ready to Hang
Your painting arrives fully stretched on a professional 1.5-inch wooden stretcher frame and carefully packaged for delivery, ready to be displayed.
Unframed (Rolled Canvas) – Save 10%
For collectors who prefer a more economical shipping option, larger paintings can be shipped rolled in a protective tube. This option includes a 10% reduction on the artwork price and significantly lowers shipping costs.
The artwork itself remains unchanged. Once the canvas is professionally stretched onto a wooden stretcher frame, it will return to its intended flat state and can be displayed just as intended.
Your local framing shop can professionally stretch the canvas for you, or, if you are comfortable doing it yourself, pre-made stretcher bars are available at most art supply stores. The canvas can then be stretched and stapled onto the frame.
Duties & Import Fees
As of the present, the United States does not charge import duties (tariffs) on original hand-painted artwork imported from Canada. Original paintings are classified under HTS Chapter 97 and are generally duty-free when properly declared.
Orders shipped to the United States by Canada Post (delivered by USPS) are generally not subject to import duties on original paintings. In some cases, USPS or U.S. Customs may charge a small customs processing or handling fee, depending on the shipment value and customs requirements. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of these fees may be required before the package can be released for delivery.
We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them, as they vary by country, shipment value, and carrier. For more information or an estimate of applicable import fees, please contact your local customs office or shipping provider before placing your order.

Return Policy
When you’re wanting to purchase a painting it’s important to look at all of the photos, I’ve also added videos for most of the paintings. I try to capture, accurately and thoroughly represent each painting as it is in person and on my monitor. The colors can vary from monitor to monitor. Each painting on the website is placed in a sample furnished room for you to get an idea of what it might look like in context.
You can never go wrong with communicating with me when purchasing a large painting if you have any questions or concerns. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact me prior to purchasing a fine art original painting. I can send more photos if needed. Generally all sales are final, however having said that, I don’t want you to own a painting that isn’t what you were hoping for. Should this happen, please reach out to me and we can work together to make the situation right. I’m committed to the satisfaction of my collectors.
In some cases I have offered a one week trial on the condition that the painting has to be shipped back to me in the original condition, in its original packaging that you received it in, insured for its full value and the returned shipping to be paid by the buyer. This process seems to work well, as so far, all paintings have stayed in their new homes. PLEASE NOTE: This option must be approved and arranged prior to purchasing the painting from me.
