Shipping Policy
Shipping prices listed on this website are primarily based on shipping within North America. International shipping is available on all paintings, and I am happy to provide a shipping quote when one is not already listed and ready for you to check out.
NORTH AMERIA SHIPPING
Orders within North America are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post and will normally arrive within 3–9 days after shipment.
Paintings are generally shipped within 2–7 days of purchase and will include a tracking number.
If international shipping is not available at checkout for a particular painting, please contact me with the title of the painting. I will provide a shipping quote and, if the rate works for you, add an international shipping option so you can complete your purchase securely online.

Carefully Packaged for Safe Delivery
Every original painting is carefully and professionally packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
While I take every reasonable precaution to protect your artwork, shipping is handled by third-party carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and retain all original packaging, as it may be required for a shipping claim.
My goal is simple: for your artwork to arrive in the same beautiful condition it left my studio.
Choose Your Preferred Shipping Format
Large original paintings are available in two formats:
Stretched Canvas – Ready to Hang
Your painting arrives fully stretched on a professional 1.5-inch wooden stretcher frame and carefully packaged for delivery, ready to be displayed.
Unframed (Rolled Canvas) – Save 10%
For collectors who prefer a more economical shipping option, larger paintings can be shipped rolled in a protective tube. This option includes a 10% reduction on the artwork price and significantly lowers shipping costs.
The artwork itself remains unchanged. Once the canvas is professionally stretched onto a wooden stretcher frame, it will return to its intended flat state and can be displayed just as intended.
Your local framing shop can professionally stretch the canvas for you, or, if you are comfortable doing it yourself, pre-made stretcher bars are available at most art supply stores. The canvas can then be stretched and stapled onto the frame.
Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. U.S. orders shipped from Canada may be subject to U.S. tariffs or other import charges. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the buyer. Import requirements and fees can change and may vary depending on the destination, artwork, shipment value, and current regulations. Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges required by their country’s customs authorities or shipping carrier.
Local Pick UP
If you’re in Rosedale and wish to buy and pick up an item in person you can either purchase the item online (OR) paid in person by using any major payment method such as Debit, Credit Card or an E-Transfer. Same day pick up is possible. If you prepay online you may either email me prior or after your purchase to organize a pick up time.
Pick Up in Lower Mainland is also possible within a week or two week time frame.
Return Policy
Original artwork is personal and can be difficult to fully appreciate through photographs alone. I encourage you to look carefully at all available photographs and/or videos before purchasing. Colors may vary somewhat between monitors. With each painting I’ve included mockup rooms with the paintings to provide a visualization of each painting in context. I try to capture each painting accurately in color and represent it as thoroughly as possible, so it reflects how it appears in person and on my monitor.If you have any questions or would like additional photographs before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am happy to provide additional images or answer questions about a painting.
Generally, all sales are final. However, I don’t want you to own a painting that isn’t what you were hoping for and my goal is for you to be completely happy with your artwork. Should this happen, please reach out to me and we can work together to make the situation right. I’m committed to the satisfaction of my collectors.
In certain circumstances, I may offer a one-week trial period, provided this is discussed and approved before purchase. If a trial is agreed upon, the painting must be returned within seven days in its original condition and original packaging, insured for its full value, with return shipping paid by the buyer.

It’s great to build a relationship with an Artist that you would like to work with that could help you obtain the perfect painting for your client space and could assist in helping you with future projects when the opportunity presents itself.
